1. Terms of Service (ToS)

1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing WeWeVibe.com or the WeWeVibe app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the service.
1.2 “Zero-Retention” Service Model
WeWeVibe provides a real-time, ephemeral communication platform.
- No Storage: You acknowledge that WeWeVibe does not store your content. Once a session is closed or a message is delivered, it is deleted from our volatile memory.
- User Responsibility: Because we do not retain data, WeWeVibe cannot “retrieve” or “recover” lost accounts, messages, or media for you.
1.3 User Conduct & Prohibited Acts
To maintain a safe environment, you agree NOT to:
- Use the app for any illegal activities under U.S. State or Federal law.
- Circumvent our “Zero-Retention” architecture to scrape or store other users’ data.
- Engage in harassment, hate speech, or the distribution of non-consensual sexual imagery.
1.4 Age Requirements (2026 Compliance)
In accordance with the 2026 App Store Accountability Acts, users must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 in specific states (e.g., TX, CA, UT) may require verifiable parental consent via the App Store’s integrated APIs before accessing the app.
1.5 Limitation of Liability
WeWeVibe is provided “AS IS.” Since we do not retain data, we are not liable for any loss of information or communication failures. We do not guarantee 100% uptime but prioritize 100% privacy when the service is active.
1.6 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State where the company headquarters is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
2. App Store Privacy Summary (The “Nutritional Label”)
When you submit to the Apple App Store or Google Play, you will be asked to fill out a “Privacy Nutrition Label.” Use these responses:
